SPRING THUNDER

The 2008 Super Thundermac 1000fpm high-speed moulder will be replacing our Stetson Ross 6-12 planer.  The vastly improved hold down and control as boards travel through the Super Thundermac will enable us to hold and maintain the tightest of tolerances on both the face and the machined micro-edge. 

Our boards are micro eased edge on all four sides, third packed, or full packed, pulled to length and paper wrapped.  We will produce  a high-end 2/BTR and the best #3 and #4 common grades sold today.

With our in house refinishing        facility, adding one or two coats of acrylic primer makes for some of the best ESLP trim boards in North America .  Likewise, one pass through our 6 head moulder and a double pass through the end matcher will transform our boards into profiled patterns to the new Wynnwood standard.
